They are grown inside a shade house receiving only indirect light.Every Alocasia is in a pot with fast draining soil and due to the temperature/humidity water dries out in South Florida daily, so we water daily.Alocasias love a tropical environment so please make sure to replicate that in your home by keeping them either near a humidifier or spray them with water. Keep your Alocasia near a good source of indirect light, not somewhere that is too dark or too cold. Their soil will dry indoors on an average of every 2-4 days, so make sure to water your Alocasia every 3 days (the soil will dry out fast).
