This music box is AMAZING. It was even more perfect in person then the photos (and the photos were pretty darn gorgeous!) The customer service was beyond excellent, the seller did all of my personalization perfectly and communicated with with throughout the whole process. Shipping was a bit slow but it is the Christmas season and I live a million miles away so I know that was at no fault at all of the seller. 10/10 would recommend this music box to all ages for all occasions.The custom made music box turned out incredible and exceeded my expectations by far. The sound of the music box is very beautiful and it's fun placing it on various wood surfaces to hear how it changes the sound as the box reverberates through the wood surfaces.
