For this reason I had a specialized company produce a unique, personalized and serialized Hologram System just for my Artwork. For each print exists a unique hologram (2 copies identically numbered). One copy is applied to the paper certificate and the second copy to the reverse side of the artwork. The combination of certificate and serialized numbered holograms – one applied to the certificate and a second one (identically numbered) applied to the reverse side of the artwork – assures that each Certificate of Authenticity relates to one particular piece of art and certifies the production process.• MOUNTED PRINTS: WHAT IS DiBond?If you select a LE or UC (Limited Edition - Unique Copy) Fine Art Collectable Giclée print, it comes already mounted on a 3mm DiBond® panel with wooden spacer at the back. DiBond® is used by most professional photographers and galleries to present photographic artwork. It was originally developed in 1992 by quot;3A Compositesquot; as one of the first Aluminium Composite sheets for the display and signage markets. Very clean and essential, the panel combines two 0.3 mm aluminium surface layers with a polyethylene core and comes with a protective film on both sides. When using DiBond® there is no need for a frame since the image appears suspended and quot;nakedquot; (no border, no passepartout, no frame... just the image).
