Note: these are not sealed with a poly clear coat, which is fine for my purposes but wanted to let people know. She was friendly to communicate with and had my order prepared and shipped within a few days. The product arrived and it was perfect. Firstly the wood is simply beautiful and smells like heaven. But it's also obvious that a lot of attention to detail went into making sure the dimensions were perfect and that the shelves were level. It was also super easy to install (two hooks and voilà). And once installed, the shelves are sturdy and won't move around. This is perfect for saving our plants from our cat's mischief. Ordering from Canada, we had to pay shipping and import fees but it was worth every penny for the quality and service. Thank you so much!!Shipped quickly and worked out great! I chose the natural rope with a white finish. Turn around time was quick and the seller kept in contact, which made me feel great about my purchase.
This is heavy, so be sure you have sturdy hooks to hang it from. We couldn't find studs to hang the hooks for the rope knots straight up and down, so the ropes do hang up past the shelf but it still looks great and everything is level! The natural rope did make a mess while hanging, but it was no big deal.
